Terms & Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to Realistic Icon ("Realistic Icon", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") describe how you can use the 3D Icon Gallery, the AI Studio, the API, and any related services we make available (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; we'll mark the page with a new "last updated" date and, where the changes are meaningful, give signed-in members a heads-up via email.
The Service is provided as a subscription, with a free tier and paid tiers. Pricing, credit allowances, and feature gates are described on the Pricing page and may change over time.
Definitions
"Library Icons" means the curated 3D icons we publish in the Realistic Icon catalogue — the icons you can browse, search, and download through the gallery.
"Generated Content" means images, animations, or other media produced by you using the AI Studio (style variants, animations, brand variants, banners, and similar derivative outputs).
"Account" means the user account that you create when signing in with Google, LINE, Apple, or any other identity provider we support. "Workspace" is the container for everything tied to your account: credits, generations, downloads, favorites, and API keys.
"Credits" are the consumable units we use to meter generation and high-resolution downloads. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can buy additional credit packs at any time.
License for Library Icons
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Library Icons in your own work. This license covers: websites, web apps, mobile apps, presentations, slide decks, marketing materials, print-on-demand merchandise, social media posts, video thumbnails, product mockups, and similar end uses.
The license is intentionally broad. You don't need to credit Realistic Icon, though we appreciate it. You don't owe us a separate fee per use. You may modify the icons, recolor them, and combine them with your own designs.
There are a few things this license does NOT permit: redistributing the Library Icons as a standalone icon pack (paid or free) on a third-party marketplace, reselling them as your own work without meaningful transformation, or filing trademark / copyright claims that would prevent other Realistic Icon members from using the same icons. The icons remain ours; the license to use them is yours.
If you cancel your subscription or close your account, the license to icons you already downloaded survives — you don't have to take them out of your shipped products. Future downloads, of course, require an active subscription where the plan tier requires one.
License for AI-Generated Content
When you use the AI Studio to produce Generated Content from a prompt or a Library Icon, you own the output. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize Generated Content tied to your account, on the same broad terms as Library Icons above — websites, apps, decks, merch, and so on.
AI outputs come with practical caveats that you should understand before relying on them. Outputs may resemble work in our training corpus or yours; we don't guarantee that any specific output is uniquely yours alone. Two different members could prompt our model in similar ways and receive similar results. If you need something that's verifiably one-of-a-kind, treat AI outputs as a starting point and add your own creative work on top.
You agree to a basic Content Policy when generating: no prompts intended to depict real, identifiable people without consent; no prompts intended to reproduce known copyrighted characters, brands, or trademarks you don't hold rights to; no NSFW, violent, or hateful content; no prompts attempting to extract personal data about anyone. We may reject prompts or remove generations that violate this policy. We'll surface a clear "policy_violation" error in the API or UI when this happens.
We don't train future models on your prompts or generations without an opt-in. If you do opt in (we'll ask explicitly, never silently), your contribution helps make the service better for everyone.
Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing
Plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and don't roll over. Credit packs that you purchase as a one-off don't expire — they sit in your wallet until you spend them.
Generations and high-resolution downloads spend credits at the rates listed on the Pricing page. We try to keep these stable, but reserve the right to adjust costs as model and infrastructure prices change. Where a change would meaningfully affect existing members, we'll give at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel any time from your Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle and you keep access to your tier's features until then. We don't pro-rate refunds on the unused portion of a cycle, but credits you've already used to produce Generated Content are yours to keep.
Taxes are added on top of the displayed price where required by local law. Receipts are emailed at the end of each billing cycle and available in your dashboard.
Your Account
Creating an account requires accurate information and a working email address. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for any activity that happens under your account. If you notice anything unusual — an unexpected sign-in, a generation you didn't make — let us know right away and we'll help you secure things.
API keys and webhook signing secrets issued under your account belong to your workspace. If a key leaks, rotate it from the Settings page; we'll keep the old key working for 24 hours to ease the migration.
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We'll remove personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Some records — invoices for tax purposes, abuse-prevention logs — we keep for the time period required by law.
Acceptable Use
Use the Service in ways that are legal, respectful, and don't impair the experience for other members. That means: don't try to break or probe the platform's security; don't scrape the API faster than the documented rate limits; don't use the Service to harass or defame anyone; don't try to identify or contact other members without their consent.
Don't use the AI Studio or API to generate content that violates the Content Policy described in the AI-Generated Content section above. If you find an output of yours that you think shouldn't have been generated, please flag it — we use that feedback to improve the policy filters.
If you run the API or MCP server from automated systems, design them to handle 429 (rate-limited) and 5xx (transient) responses gracefully with exponential backoff. Hammering us during a brief outage makes recovery slower for everyone.
Intellectual Property
We own the Realistic Icon name, logos, the platform code, the AI models we operate, and the unreleased portions of the catalogue. These aren't covered by the Library Icon license above and may not be used without our permission, except for reasonable attribution.
You retain ownership of anything you create or upload — prompts you author, reference images you attach, and Generated Content. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us the minimum license necessary to store, process, and deliver it back to you (and to other members where you've explicitly shared it).
If you submit feedback, feature requests, or bug reports, you grant us the right to use those ideas without obligation. We'll always credit contributions publicly where it's reasonable to do so.
Service Availability and Changes
The Service is provided on a "best-effort" availability basis. We aim for high uptime and publish status at status.bluweo.com. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
We continually improve the Service: new icons land in the catalogue, new AI models replace older ones, the API evolves through versioned releases. We try to avoid breaking changes within a major API version, and to give at least 12 months' notice before retiring one.
Sometimes we'll need to change pricing, plan features, or credit costs. We'll communicate meaningful changes through your dashboard and via email so you have time to adjust.
Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference. In short: we collect the minimum needed to operate the Service, we don't sell your data, and we treat it carefully.
Generated Content and Library Icon downloads are tied to your account so we can render your dashboard and history. We don't share them with other members or publish them without your explicit consent.
Warranties and Limitations
The Service is provided "as is." We make reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the icons are accurate, the API is reliable, and the AI outputs are good — but we don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to every specific purpose.
Where the law permits, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow such limitations; in those places, the limitation applies only to the extent permitted.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. Cancel your subscription from the Billing page; delete your account from the dashboard. The Library Icon and Generated Content licenses you've already exercised survive — you don't have to pull icons out of products you've shipped.
We may suspend or close an account if we believe it's necessary to protect the platform or other members — repeated content-policy violations, abuse, fraud, or activity that meaningfully degrades the Service for everyone else. Where it's reasonable, we'll reach out first to let you correct things.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Realistic Icon's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If something goes wrong, we'd rather sort it out informally. Please reach out to legal@bluweo.com and we'll work in good faith to resolve any concern. Where a formal route is needed, you and we agree to use the courts of that jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.
